Today is Holocaust Memorial Day 27th January 2023. A day where we remember those who were murdered for who they were and to stand against prejudice and hostility in the world today.
Last night, we came together virtually to watch the Holocaust Memorial Day 2023 UK Online Commemoration. For those who were able to join us, thank you for your support. If you missed the Commemoration, would like to watch it again, or share it with friends or family, you can watch here.
As part of the national Light The Darkness moment, the nation will pause at 4pm today to remember those who were murdered and to to honour those who survived. Please join us by safely lighting a candle and placing it in your window at home or in your workplace, to stand up against prejudice today.
Holocaust Memorial Day is for everyone. It educates, strengthens communities and moves people to take action for those who are facing persecution today.
